When we woke up at early in the morning first thing is to check for mobile notifications. Then the day will be starts.. Mobile phones becoming part of our life ..
Have you ever thought that how our mobile phones made??
 Here i try to share knowledge about manufacturing of mobiles in step by step manner...
 
Mostly machines involved in manufacturing of mobiles..
This process starts from designing of prototype on PCBS ( printed circuit boards)  for faster printing they print 4 pcbs in a sheet... 

 

Step 2 : this pcbs pass through a running belt..then an automatic computer which identifies errors in PCBs ..if the circuit which printed on board is incorrect then it entimets...

In step 3 ..
After checking PCBs then they reach to mounting machine using conveyarbelt ..then mounting machine start inserting  components ( resistors , capacitors) and main components like CPU,RAM,ROM..etc fix to PCBs using soldering material...

Step 4:
Then it go to routing room here they use to cut PCBS into 4 parts this done by a robotic arm ...then these individual PCBs go for check up whether PCB cutted properly or not...

Step 5:
These PCB check manually ..then send to a x-ray room to identify internal errors in PCB if everything good ..then they send to next stage...

 

Step 6:
In this stage software is installed in PCBS it will take 2-3 minutes of time...they give unique serial number to each pcb...and also they check weather the components like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi,...etc are working properly or not... And  connecting these PCBS to virtual smartphone they check every function in mobile...

Step 7
 Assembling department..
In this section they assemble mobile side key's ( volume ,power key's), fingerprint ,installing GPS,back case, battery ...after completing this hole process mobile sent to testing room

Step 8 
They check mobile regurasly...like drop test ,water test, mobile charge test,place in different temperatures,...etc the mobile which pass these above tests then it go for packing ...

The process that i mentioned above is same for all mobile manufacturing company's with Little bit modifications..
